Last month, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration fined Conyers Latex Construction Company for opening up their workers to construction injury risks while on the job.
Allegedly, the firm did not supply their workers with the proper protection against potential trench cave-ins. The workers went without this necessary protection while laying 12 miles of natural gas piping.
